Our CPA firm is based in Seattle, Washington. While we are accredited in Washington, most of our team works remotely from the Philippines — a structure we’ve successfully operated with since 2019 (well before the pandemic).

Our managing member is a licensed CPA, and our tax advisor is an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Many members of our accounting and tax team are Certified Public Accountants in the Philippines or Certified Management Accountants (CMAs). Together, we bring strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of U.S. accounting and tax standards.

We operate during extended Pacific Time business hours. Our team starts at 1:00 PM PST (2:00 PM during Daylight Saving Time) and works until 10:00 PM PST (11:00 PM during DST). This schedule allows us to provide responsive support and same-day turnaround for many client requests.
