I really value building good relationships with my clients while still keeping healthy boundaries. If a client is comfortable being more casual and friendly, I’m happy to connect that way. I enjoy being someone they can feel at ease with, not just their accountant, while still giving solid advice and delivering the services they need.

At the same time, I understand that some clients prefer to keep things strictly professional and don’t have time for small talk. I completely respect that. Most business owners are busy, and I’m always happy to adapt to whatever communication style works best for them.

I’m very proactive when it comes to deadlines. If something needs to get done, I make sure to stay on top of it through follow-ups and reminders by email or phone. At the same time, I’m very approachable and always happy to help. If someone isn’t sure what to do, I’ll guide them as much as I can.
