Equally important is ethics - as a professional accountant, I strive maintain my integrity especially when conflicts arise, ensuring my services are adding value to the client in the long-term rather than prioritizing gains in the short-term.

My clients can expect timely and accurate deliverables from me. They can also expect an attentive and empathetic ear when it comes to their problems and frustrations. Lastly, if they are up to it, they can expect conversations that are not related to accounting.
